Tioline" Company with limited liability was established for the development, mining and processing of solid minerals on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan at its own expenses and loan means. It was registered as a legal entity in December 2004. In December 2005 "Tioline" ltd. Company won an open contest on having the right for mineral use. On the basis of contract # 2160 dated 18.09.2006 "Tioline" ltd. Company started the development of Obuhovskoye titanium-zirconium deposit. In the period from 2006-2007, production-technical base of GOK was created directly at the deposit : necessary communications were installed, the objects of life activity (main premises of a refinery plant, an administrative building, a fire station, a dinning-room, a boiler house and others.) were constructed. In 2008-2009, the up-to-date technological equipment was purchased on the basis of stand tests and laboratory studies. Opening of a test-industrial line on separation of collective concoction with production of goods selective concoction took place in December 2009 - the first amounts of selective concoction were produced. In 2010 - 2011 the planned volume of mining and processing of ore sands for 2010-2011 will constitute 40 thousand m3 During the second stage of Obuhovskoye deposit development a refinery plant with the capacity of 500 thousand m3 will be designed and constructed.
